Portuguese Chicken I

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock, or as needed
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
    • ¼ cup butter

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, and cook until nicely browned on both sides.
