Potato Cheese Soup 14

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
  • ½ pound(s) Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 ½ cup(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 2 ¼ cup(s) water
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    • ¼ cup(s) chopped onion
    • 1 cup(s) sliced carrots
    • 3 cup(s) diced potatoes

Combine potatoes, carrots, onion, bouillon cubes and water. Simmer until vegetables are done. Mix flour and milk. Add to vegetables. Add remaining ingredients to rest of soup. Simmer at low temperature until hot.
