Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) chopped onion
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped carrots
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 can(s) chicken broth
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
  • 1 ½ cup(s) milk
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 cup(s) potatoes, diced
    • ¼ cup(s) chopped celery
    • ½ pound(s) cheese, diced
    • cornstarch
    • water

Cook potatoes, celery and carrots in the water add chicken broth, add parsley. salt and pepper to taste. Cook vegetable mixture until done. add milk. Make thickening with cornstarch (2-3 tablespoons) to water(3/4 cup). add to soup. add cheese, stir until blended.
