Potato Cheese Soup 5

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) carrots
  • ½ cup(s) celery
  • ¼ cup(s) Onion
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 cup(s) potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 ½ cup(s) milk
    • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
    • 8 ounce(s) American Cheese
    • ½ cup(s) ham

Cook vegetables and seasoning in 1 C. water until tender. Dissolve flour in cold milk, add to vegetables and stir until soup thickens. Add ham, cheese and stir until melted. DON'T BOIL.
