Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients

• 10 potatoes, boiled & diced
• 16 ounce(s) Cheese Whiz
• 2 ½ cup(s) milk
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 2 teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 cup(s) celery, sliced
• 1 cup(s) carrots, diced
• + 6 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) onion
  • 3 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 2 cup(s) cream
  • ¾ cup(s) Butter
  • ¾ cup(s) flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley

Simmer the onion, carrots, and celery in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, and parsley until the vegetables are tender. Thicken with the flour and butter mixed together as a roux.
