Potato Soup 159
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut inch bite-size pieces
- 1/3 cup(s) butter
- 1 can(s) evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
- 1 carrot, pared and sliced
- 1 stalk(s) celery, sliced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
- + 4 more ingredients

- 2 onions, chopped
- 5 cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) salt
- Pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Can cook on stove top until potatoes are done. This soup tastes great warmed up the next day.
