Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cut inch bite-size pieces
  • 1/3 cup(s) butter
  • 1 can(s) evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
  • 1 carrot, pared and sliced
  • 1 stalk(s) celery, sliced
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 5 cup(s) water
    • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
    • Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Can cook on stove top until potatoes are done. This soup tastes great warmed up the next day.
