Ingredients
- 2 cartons whipping cream (small cartons)
- 2 can(s) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 onion, diced (medium)
- 4 cup(s) potatoes, diced
- 4 cup(s) chicken broth
Boil potatoes and onion in broth for 20 minutes. Add cheddar cheese soup and whipping cream. Stir until mixed well.
