Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 slices prosciutto
• 8 cloves garlic, unpeeled
• ½ cup dry white wine (optional)
• This recipe goes with Simple Broccoli Rabe
• 4 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Black pepper

• • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried)
