Quick Couscous with Raisins and Carrots


  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked couscous
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • ¼ cup butter
