Recipe: Chicken Sandwich Spread


  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into ½″ rounds
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into 1″ pieces
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¾ t. Herbes de Provence (or your favorite herb/spice blend)
  • ¼ t. garlic powder (or one garlic clove)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ t. freshly ground black pepper
