  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • 2 ½ cup(s) chicken broth
  • Serves: 4
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) rice

In a saucepan, stir rice, butter, garlic and white pepper until coated. Cover with chicken stock. Stir until it boils, reduce heat to simmer. Cover tightly. Cook (without peeking) for 25 minutes.
