  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz. each)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 thin slices deli ham
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
    • ½ cup ricotta

In a small bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, basil and garlic. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut a slit along thick edge of each breast half, forming a pocket.
