Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 medium boiling potatoes
  • 8 cups chicken stoc or low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 celery rib
  • 4 medium leeks
  • + 3 more ingredients
