Sausage Potato Soup 2

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon(s) minced fresh parsley
• ²/₃ cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
• ¼ cup(s) sliced carrot
• 1 stalk(s) celery, sliced
• 1 ½ cup(s) chicken broth
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper

  • 2 cup(s) Frozen Corn
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed (medium)

In a large saucepan, brown sausage; drain. Set sausage aside. In the same pan, combine potatoes, corn, broth, celery, carrot and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
