Sautéed Brussels Sprouts With Apples
Ingredients
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 bacon slices
- ¼ cup low-sodium fat-free chicken broth

- 1 Braeburn apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
1. Cut Brussels sprouts in half, and cut into shreds. 2.
