Ingredients

  • 4 ounces haricots verts or slender green beans
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 thin slices country ham or prosciutto (each about 6x3 inches)
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 cup onion
    • 4 ½ teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
    • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
