  • 1 cup chicken broth or fish broth
  • 2 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk, Cajun, or Mexican seasoning blend
  • 2 large yellow bell peppers, chopped
