Sesame Noodles with Chicken

  • Kosher salt
  • 6 scallions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 6 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
  • 6 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1-½ lb. chicken tenders
    • 1 lb. dried plain or whole-grain spaghetti
    • 4 medium cloves garlic, peeled
    • 2 tsp. peanut oil
    • ½ cup less-sodium ginger-flavored soy sauce

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until the pasta is al dente.
