Sirloin Patties with Vegetable Sauce

- 3 large garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)
- 1 ¼ cups canned chicken broth
- 1 pound ground beef sirloin
- ¼ cup pitted brine-cured green olives

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix beef, 1/4 cup broth, crackers, 2 tablespoons parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Shape mixture into 2 1/2-inch-diameter, 1/2-inch-thick patties.
