Sirloin Patties with Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 8-ounce potato
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
