Ingredients
- 5 pound(s) whole chicken
- 4 red potatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 carrots, peeled
- sweet red pepper
- 1 ounce(s) dry onion soup mix (1 envelope)
- ½ cup(s) water
