{Slow Cooker} Garam Masala Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt (or use fat-free plain yogurt)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5 can chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 ½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
    • 4 small yukon gold potatoes (or red potatoes), cut into ½-inch cubes
    • 6 large skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ lbs)
