  • 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers (such as Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien)
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 ½ cups chopped smoked ham
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 ½ cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
    • ¾ cup chopped red bell pepper

Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to pan; sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
