SOUTHWEST CRUNCH CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ teaspoon(s) cumin
• ¾ teaspoon(s) grated orange peel
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 9 cup(s) cubed cooked chicken breast
• 1 ¹/₃ cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise
• 1 ¾ cup(s) chopped celery
• 1 cup(s) chopped cashews
• + 7 more ingredients
• • ½ pound(s) turkey bacon strips, diced and cooked
  • 1 ¾ cup(s) chopped sweet red peppers
  • ½ cup(s) minced fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup(s) lime juice
  • ¼ cup(s) orange juice
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 ¾ cup(s) julienned peeled jicama

In small bowl, combine first eight ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Chill until serving.
