Southwest Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes with Mexican spices
  • 1 (32 ounce) carton low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mild green chiles, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded chicken meat*
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 (4 ounce) package Idahoan® Bacon & Cheddar Chipotle Flavored Mashed Potatoes
