SOUTHWESTERN RANCH CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup(s) Mexican style four cheese, shredded
- dash of cumin
- ¼ cup(s) ranch dressing
- 1 whole wheat tortilla, cut inch ½, then ¼ inch strips (6 inch )
- 1 package(s) mixed greens (10 ounce bag)
- 1 package(s) Southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips (6 ounce bag)
Mix dressing and Cumin, set aside. Place tortilla strips on microwavable plate sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on high, 1 min., set aside. Toss greens with chicken and tomatoes in large salad bowl. Add cheese and dressing mixture, mix lightly. Top with tortilla strips. Note: I don't buy th...
