Spanish Chicken and Chorizo Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 x 415 g tin cannelini beans, drained
  • 4 dried bay leaves
  • 250 mL chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 x 425 g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 onion sliced
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 large chicken breasts, each fillet cut into three even pieces
    • 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
