Spiced Moroccan Chicken with Onions and Prunes
Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 ¾ cups onions
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1 cup pitted prunes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sauté until brown and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
