Spicy Chicken and Edamame Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dried angel hair pasta
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 fresh red chilli pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 c shelled sweet edamame (soybeans)
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 t freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ t sea salt
    • 2 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
    • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
    • Orange slices
    • Fresh basil

In 4-quart pan cook pasta to al dente stage following package instructions. Drain and return to pan. Cover to keep warm. In medium skillet heat canola oil over moderate heat.
