Spicy Peanut Soup with Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• ¹/₃ cup creamy peanut butter (do not use natural or old-fashioned)
• 4 cups low-salt chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
• 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 2 medium zucchini
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1 ½ cups onion
  • 5 tablespoons butter
