Ingredients

  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
