  • 1 ½ pound(s) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces

  • large buttercup, acorn or butternut squash
  • large onion, chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers - green, red or yellow, seeded and chopped
  • (10 ½ oz) cans chicken broth

    • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
    • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
    • ¼ cup(s) cilantro, or more to taste

    • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • tabasco sauce to taste
    • 1 ½ cup(s) water
