  • 3 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 well-seasoned 14-inch flat-bottomed wok with a lid
  • 2 pounds baby or Shanghai bok choy
  • ¼ cup garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Stir together broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until cornstarch has dissolved. Heat wok over high heat until a drop of water evaporates instantly.
