Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Sweet-and-Sour Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Garnishes: fresh thyme and basil sprigs
