  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 ½ cups tomatoes
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon brine reserved
