Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - peeled and chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) canned sundried tomatoes packed in oil - drained and rough chopped
  • 1 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 1 cup(s) feta cheese - crumbled or cubed plus extra for garnish
  • 1 pound(s) spaghetti or fettuccine - wheat, spinach or regular
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 bunch(s) fresh basil - chopped
    • fresh parsley - chopped for garnish
