Sweet and Savory Kale

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 4 teaspoons white sugar
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
