  • 1 pound boned, skinned chicken breast halves
  • Salt and pepper
  • About ½ cup dried apricots
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 lemons (5 oz. each)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup apricot jam

1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat jam in a microwave oven at full power (100%) until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, basil, and cayenne. 2.
