  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup(s) Oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) margarine
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
  • 2 ½ cup(s) milk

Pound chicken. Dip in eggs and crumbs and add salt. Brown in oil. In saucepan, melt margarine. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir until thick and bubbly.
