Szechuan Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• 4 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
• 3 T light soy sauce
• ¼ t sugar
• ¼ t crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 T sesame oil
• ½ lb vermicelli, cooked according to package directions
• ½ c chopped green onions
• + 11 more ingredients
• • ½ c finely grated carrot
  • ½ c seeded and grated cucumber
  • 1-½ c cups fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • Dressing;
  • ½ c water
  • 6 T light soy sauce
  • 2 T peanut butter
  • 2 T cider vinegar
  • 2 t sugar
  • ½ t crushed red pepper flakes
