Taco Chicken Spread


  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • ¾ cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken

Place first 3 ingredients in a mortar and pestle or miniature food processor; mash until a smooth paste forms. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; add sour cream, and stir well.
