Tea Room Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, white meat, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, cranberries and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Stir in walnuts just before serving. Serve on a croissant or a lettuce leaf.
