Tea Room Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) cooked chicken (boneless, skinless chicken breast)
  • 1 cup(s) chopped celery
  • ¼ cup(s) salted slivered almonds
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup(s) seedless grapes, cut inch halves (purple make it colorful)

Chop or shred cooked chicken into pieces. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, season with salt & paprika. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Serve on sliced croissants (1 dozen rolls).
