Thai Chicken with Basil
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
- 1 t oil
- 1-¼ c chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 2 clove large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 t hot red pepper flakes
- 2 t grated lime zest
- 3-½ T oyster sauce
- + 3 more ingredients

- ½ c chopped basil
- 1 c jasmine rice cooked according to package directions

In large nonstick frypan over medium heat, place oil. Add mushrooms, garlic and pepper flakes; cook, stirring, about 3 minutes and remove from pan.
