Trinidad Stew Chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic chopped
- 1 onion, chopped (medium)
- 3 pound(s) whole chicken, cut inch pieces
Put sugar in a pot and let it get golden brown over medium heat. Drop chicken in and cover. Add rest of ingredients and turn every 3 to 5 minutes for about 30 to 40 minutes until done. Serve over hot rice.
