Tuna with White Beans and Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried Great Northern beans (about 6 ½ ounces)
  • Sun-dried Tomato Sauce
  • tuna steaks (each about ¾ to 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 5 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • 7 tablespoons olive oil
    • 5 cups chicken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth
