Tuna with White Beans and Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 6- to 8-ounce ahi tuna steaks (each about 3/4 to 1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 5 teaspoons fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cups chicken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1 cup dried Great Northern beans
- ½ cup celery
- + 3 more ingredients

- Sun-dried Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup carrot
Place beans in medium bowl. Add enough cold water to cover beans by 3 inches. Let stand overnight. Drain. Combine beans and stock in large saucepan. Bring to boil.
