Turkey or Chicken Orzo Salad


  • 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 20 ounce(s) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup(s) sliced almonds or nut of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 11 ounce(s) mandarine oranges, drained
  • 3 tablespoon(s) orange juice
  • 4 cup(s) to 5 cups turkey, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) sweet onion, diced (or green onions)
    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
    • 3 cup(s) to 4 cups orzo, cooked and drained
    • 1 ½ cup(s) seedless red grapes
    • 1 ½ cup(s) celery, diced
    • 1 green pepper, diced
