Turkey, Rice and Vegetable Soup


  • 3 cup(s) frozen mixed vegetables (corn, green peas, carrots, green beans)
  • 1 can(s) tomatoes, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 12 ounce(s) cooked boneless turkey
  • ¼ cup(s) packed parsley sprigs
  • 6 cup(s) very hot tap water
  • 1 box(es) 5 minute chicken flavor long grain and wild rice mix (4.4 ounce box)

Put water and mixed vegetables in a 5 quart pot over high heat; bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut up the tomatoes and add to pot.
