Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canned small white beans
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 ounces radicchio
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 1/2-inch-thick loin veal chop (7 oz)
