White Bean and Pepper Soup


  • ½ teaspoon dried dillweed
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans, undrained
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup peeled, chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Vegetable cooking spray
    • 4 cups canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
